How do I return/exchange?Updated a month ago
At Sunski, we want you to feel totally confident in every purchase. Here's how returns work:
Sunglasses: We gladly accept returns of undamaged, like-new sunglasses if unused and in all the original packaging for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase (if you keep the sticker inside though, we won't come after you). We'll make sure you get the perfect pair to love. All sunglass returns include a shipping/restocking fee of $10 to help cover the cost of shipping and processing the item(s) back into our warehouse.
Sunscreen: Not happy with your sunscreen? No problem. We offer a full refund on sunscreen products within 30 days of purchase, no restocking fee, no hassle.
Exchanges are free!

- Final Sale Items
- An Already Exchanged Product - meaning, you can only exchange once. (If you are having trouble figuring out what style might be best for you, try out our Virtual Try-on on every product page or get in touch with our support team!)
